Apprenticeship

Bryant-Durham offers a four-year Registered Apprenticeship Program that consists of classroom and on-the-job (OJT) training.

During OJT, apprentices work with experienced professionals learning on construction projects. Apprentices attend classes in the evenings and are taught using NCCER curriculum which provides nationally recognized NCCER credentials.

No experience is necessary to become an apprentice! Apprentices must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. If a Veteran, provide a DD214.

Earn while you learn! Check out our Careers page for openings.
